- The first-launch lessons name each step above the map, and the last one lets you explore a few bubbles on your own before the key.
- A license that Polar refuses at launch (revoked, disabled or expired) now locks Sillon again, as it should; being offline still keeps it.

- A new first launch: a ring beats, bursts into bubbles and gathers into the Sillon wordmark, then you learn the map on your own music, the player telling you what to do, before the key.
- Activating Sillon fades straight into the map, around the album the lessons ended on, the music still playing.
- Refreshing the map no longer stops the music: the song playing stays on screen and the new map grows around it.
- Running past the queue dives on its own and lands on the new song, centred.
- Bubbles show what they are with a small icon, and the playing one swells with the bass.
- Loading looks the same everywhere: one of Sillon's rings, alive.
- Auto appearance follows macOS when it switches between light and dark.
- Optional anonymous usage statistics, off unless you turn them on in Settings.
